2. 7-Day Guarantee / Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If, within 7 days of your purchase date, you complete the first week of the program and feel it isn't right for you, contact support@ketometaboliclifestyle.com to request a refund. Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase and submitted directly to support. Requests made after this window will not be honored. Upon a refund being issued, your access to the web portal will be deactivated. If you experience technical issues accessing the program, please contact support first — we will make all reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before any refund is processed.
